Tapping Into Your Me Mentality

We all want to look and feel our best but , looks can be deceiving .Everything starts in the mind ; what you consume , believe and have been told/taught affect you every day whether you know it or not . Getting to know your true self , mindset, feelings & intentions will open a gateway for a new path of life that you haven’t seen before.

Over the years , society, parents , teachers and anyone else out there has imbedded their beliefs and thoughts into our minds. We have took these beliefs and traditions into our daily lives and lived with them . These teachings aren’t original for ourselves, they’re only original for the people that first benefited them . Almost everyone has second-handedly received thoughts, beliefs or traditions may not benefit them & these things because we are in a new era , a new mindset and a different world they may not serve us in a positive way as they have others . When you let go of everything that has been embedded into you that doesn’t serve you , you open yourself to things that do serve and reside with you .

When your mind is a blur , your physical state will be also . Learning how to believe in ourselves , think for ourselves, take action when something feels wrong and following our instincts begins in our mental state. Our mental state dictates our everyday life . You won’t look good or feel good if you don’t have the correct mindset or mentality for yourself . Regulating your mental state is a major part of having a Me Mentality.

A Me Mentality isn’t a clear cut way of saying, thinking or doing . It’s using what you feel is best for you and gaining from it . Everyone has had different experiences in life , no one truly thinks the same . When you focus on what’s best for bettering you , then you’ve began implementing a Me Mentality.

Viewing yourself in your highest form is the beginning step . What life do you daydream of , what are working towards or planning ? You can keep your mind busy with creating that lifestyle but you also must create the mindset to achieve that life . Don’t over think it, if it’s true to you then you will feel it in your heart or gut.

Here are some ways you can connect with your Me Mindset:

Self love – know your value & worth . Always be yourself unapologetically. When you don’t know your value , you open doors for negative people , emotions and thoughts in !

Self care – Properly Taking care of your mental wellbeing and physical wellbeing.

Know what makes you feel good & understand your boundaries. You won’t operate at your best if you’re not taking care of yourself . Poor self care often leads to depression, anxiety & low self esteem .

Confidence- Have faith in what you do and who you are becoming . Believe in yourself ! Walk around with your head held high . Understand that there are no limits to the amount of power that you hold .
